Comfort, durability, flexible use and space-saving storage are important factors for us when selecting our loungers and stools.
We use materials that are robust and durable, with a focus on the environmental aspect, which is why we completely avoid processing tropical wood and instead rely on local wood, produce in Germany and upcycle climbing rope, which we use as a lying surface. Design, fair production and sustainability combined.

Beech wood is one of the most commonly used woods in solid furniture construction due to its reliable stability. Beech is one of the most common local deciduous trees and is therefore particularly well adapted to the local climate and soil conditions. Untreated beech wood is not completely weatherproof, but with the appropriate careful care it is still suitable for outdoor use.

Climbing ropes are used in climbing under the toughest alpine conditions and can withstand high tensile forces and weather conditions. This makes the seat stable and absolutely tear-resistant.
Through upcycling, each piece is unique and each combination, each design is only available twice. This small edition makes our chairs not only eye-catchers, but also unmistakably unique pieces.

We always ship on Tuesday and Friday mornings.Once we receive your payment, we will process and ship your order within 1-4 working days. This period refers to processing and preparation and does not include delivery times. The delivery time depends on your location and DHL's workload.
Shared shipments
Depending on the size and variety of items in your order, individual items may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers to ensure that each product arrives safely packaged.
If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
*Information on sending letters
We send small products in an A5 envelope without insurance. The order will be sent to your mailbox and you do not need to be at home to receive the order. This saves us on packaging and you on shipping costs. There is no tracking for letter mail.
Here is another concern of ours: PLEASE DO NOT SHOP LIKE ON AMAZON & CO!
We are a small company with lots of unique items. So if you order 5 belts to view, they may be sold out in our shop. We will then take them out of the shop and put new unique items back in. The effort that we have to put in is really big, so try to decide as quickly as possible. If you are not sure, for example about the color, please write to us and we will advise you.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Can I have a product made from my own climbing rope?
Yes, this is possible. Check the FAQs for more information.
The "Chalkbag #10" is sold out, will it be available again?
All of our products are limited editions and, due to the different nature of the climbing ropes, are usually unique. We don't have anything off the shelf. When an edition is sold out, a new limited small series is released!
How can I shorten my climbing rope belt?
Rope belts with NEWSEED buckles can be easily shortened to your desired size. You can find instructions on the back of the banderole on the belt. Special edition retro belts are one size and always have a length of 115 cm. Shortening them is not so easy. You can find more information in the FAQs.
My climbing rope bracelet doesn't fit, can you shorten it?
Bracelet with rope engraving and stainless steel magnetic clasp We can also make it to your desired size. To do this, we need precise information about how many cm the bracelet should be shortened or what the total length of the bracelet should be. Climbing rope bracelets with snap fasteners cannot be made individually.
RETURN & REPAIR
How can I return a Newseed item?
Please send the item back to us within 14 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs!
We will refund the original amount after we receive the return. Please do not forget to enclose a note with your request, name or the original invoice. The best way to do this is to use our cancellation form . If it is a gift, let us know - of course you can still return the item after 14 days without any problem.
How can I exchange an item?
We will exchange your Newseed product within 30 days of receiving your order. Send us an email in advance with the item in the shop that you want us to reserve for you in exchange. Since we only offer limited editions or unique items, the item may otherwise already be sold out. As soon as we receive the original order (you cover the return shipping costs), we will send you the new item back at our expense. Please don't forget to enclose a note with your request, name, etc.!
How can I complain about an item/have it repaired?

Be sure to send us an email or call us, no matter how long ago you bought it! In most cases we can repair your climbing rope product or replace it if necessary. We will give you a free return label and a note for your visit to the rope doctor ;)
