Climate-neutral shipping and sustainable packaging

We send packages climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen and completely avoid plastic in the packaging. We also try to avoid filling material as much as possible - an important step towards greater sustainability.

A personal request to our customers
Please do not order from us as you would from large platforms such as Amazon & Co.
In addition to the obvious environmental aspects, there is something else that is important to us: we are a small manufacturer with many unique items. For example, if you order five belts to view, they may be temporarily sold out in our shop. In the meantime, we remove them from the shop, create new unique items and upload them - a considerable amount of work for us.

We therefore ask you to order as carefully as possible. If you are unsure, for example about the color representation, please write to us! We will advise you personally to ensure that you find exactly the right thing.

Vision of the future: Retail sales
We are working on making our products available in retail stores. This means you will soon be able to see our unique pieces in person and see the quality for yourself.

Please note that customs duties may apply for deliveries to countries outside the European Customs Union. Any import taxes, as well as return shipping costs, are to be borne by the customer.

* Information on sending letters
We send small products in a Din A5 envelope
Uninsured shipping. The order will arrive in your mailbox and you do not need to be at home to receive the order.
This saves us packaging and you shipping costs.
There is no tracking for the letter.

After your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation from us.
Here you will also find our bank details if you have chosen advance payment as your payment method.

We will then process, pack and ship your order.
As soon as the package is on its way to you, you will receive another email from us with the current invoice and the tracking number. You can use this to track your package.
If your shipment is sent by post, you will not receive tracking information.

delivery times

We always ship on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
We process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. This time refers to processing and preparing your order for shipment and does not include delivery time. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping provider.


shipping confirmation

When the package is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order. Orders that we send by letter cannot be tracked.
